Sam was born and raised in San Francisco! He graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business in the field of Organizational Behavior and Leadership. With over 45 years of experience in Real Estate Broker Management and Sales, 23 years in Mortgage Lending, 15 years as a Board of Director of Mission National Bank of San Francisco and having received training by many of the country's top Real Estate and Marketing Coaches, Sam has the experience, the expertise, and the knowledge that he continues to draw upon to guide and support his clients. Sam specializes in Residential Sales, Investment Opportunities, Trust, Probate, Court Administered Sales, and 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges! Sam taught Real Estate Courses at City College of San Francisco for almost 20 years, and currently serves as an Arbitrator, Mediator and Ethics Hearing Panelist for the San Francisco Association of Realtors and for the California Association of Realtors!
